Upon checking in at Holiday Inn Bangkok on Charoen Krung Road, I found myself pleasantly surprised by Ginger restaurant's culinary offerings. As a Thai food enthusiast, I was delighted to discover authentic local dishes alongside Western favorites. The lunch and dinner buffet not only showcased a wide variety but also maintained a high standard of taste and presentation.One evening, after enjoying a Broadway show nearby, I decided to dine at Ginger again. The savory delicacies, including local pass-around dishes and a selection of sweets, truly impressed me. The ambiance was comforting, adding to the overall dining experience. The fact that up to two kids can eat free from the main menu made this experience even more family-friendly. As someone who appreciates a good meal, I highly recommend Ginger for both locals and tourists seeking a blend of Thai and international cuisine in a convenient location in Bangkok.
